These Terms govern your use of Mirmoi (the “App”), provided by nofreelunchdevs.com (“Developer”, “we”, “us”).

By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The App

Mirmoi provides daily motivational content and optional subscription features. The free version is supported by advertising; paid plans remove ads and unlock additional features.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Mirmoi offers auto-renewable monthly subscriptions (for example No Ads and Mirmoi Plus). The price and duration are shown in the App before you subscribe.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Unused portions of a period are not refunded.
  • If we change the price of a subscription, you will be notified through the store before the change applies and may cancel before it takes effect.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies, not by us.

Content

The App contains quotations attributed to their original authors and used for inspirational purposes. Copyrights and trademarks in quoted material remain with their respective owners. The App’s design, branding, and original content are owned by the Developer or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the App.

Your content

If the App lets you create content (for example notes or recordings), that content remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store and display it to you and to provide the features you use. You are responsible for what you create and must not upload content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer it, or interfere with its operation or with other users.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections on content, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The App is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Apple App Store

For the iOS version of the App, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the Developer, not Apple; that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
