This policy explains what data the Mirmoi app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the iOS and Android versions of the app.
What we collect
- Anonymous account identifier. When the app first starts we create a random, anonymous user ID (via Supabase) so your purchases can be restored across devices. It is not linked to your name, email address, or Apple/Google account.
- Purchase and subscription data. Product IDs, purchase receipts/tokens, and subscription status are validated and stored by RevenueCat on our behalf to unlock features and restore purchases.
- Advertising data (Google AdMob). Device and app identifiers (for example the vendor identifier, or the advertising ID where you have permitted it), ad impressions and clicks, anti-fraud signals, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics). Crash logs, stack traces, and device/app context to improve stability.
- Support communications if you email us.
- On-device data. Favorites, preferences, and reminder times are stored locally on your device. Reminders are scheduled on-device; nothing about them is sent to us.
What we do NOT collect
We do not collect precise location, contacts, SMS/call logs, photos, health data, or financial credentials. We do not sell personal data.
How we use data
- Provide app functionality and unlock the features you have paid for
- Show ads to free users and measure ad performance
- Restore purchases and prevent fraud
- Improve reliability and respond to support requests
Advertising
Ads are served by Google AdMob. On iOS we do not ask for tracking permission, so ads are non-personalised unless you have allowed tracking system-wide. You can limit ad personalisation in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads

Subscribers to a paid plan do not see ads.
Third-party services
We use the following services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — ads and ad measurement
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — crash reporting
- RevenueCat — subscription validation and management
- Supabase — anonymous accounts and entitlement records
- Apple App Store / Google Play — payments and subscription billing
Retention and deletion
- Purchase records are kept for as long as needed to honour your subscription and for legal and accounting purposes (up to 7 years).
- Crash diagnostics are retained by Firebase for 90 days.
- Advertising data is retained by Google according to its policies.
- On-device data is removed when you uninstall the app.
To delete the data associated with your anonymous ID, email support@mirmoi.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the User ID shown in the app’s Settings screen. We will respond within 30 days.
Your choices
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings
- Limit ad personalisation using the device settings above
- Request deletion of your data as described above
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We do not use custom encryption.
Changes
We may update this policy and will update the date above. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
